Perform Name Search

Perform a name search before proceeding to create a community group. This name search checks for any registered community group within your county/sub-county that shares a similar name. If no matches are found, you will be permitted to register a community group of that type with that name.

Community Group Name Search

Registration Status The Registration Status field is required.

County The County field is required.

Constituency The Constituency field is required.

Group Type

Registered Name The Registered Name field is required.

Purpose of the Search The Purpose of the Search field is required.

Before submitting the name search and proceeding to registration, ensure you have the following documents ready in PDF format. They are required when submitting a request to register a new community group.

Meeting minutes seeking registration and showing elected officials
Group By-laws/Rules/Constitution

Each document should NOT exceed 2MB in file size.
